Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium is a suite of graphic design applications for developing and publishing content for web, print, electronic delivery, and mobile devices.

Version 4.0 features a shared user interface design that lets users toggle from one work environment to the next.

The suite contains the following applications.

• InDesign CS4 is a page layout program built for professional print designers to create rich, complex documents. InDesign content can be exported in a variety of formats, including Flash, PDF, and XHTML, enabling easy publishing of the same documents in print and electronic media.
• Photoshop CS4 Extended is a graphics editing program for 2D, 3D, motion graphics, and more. In addition to its array of features for graphic designers, Photoshop CS4 Extended offers new measurement and analysis tools built with scientists and engineers in mind.
• Illustrator CS4 is a vector-based drawing tool built for professional artists and designers.
• Acrobat 9 Professional delivers advanced tools for creating, collaborating on, and controlling the output of Adobe PDF files.
• Flash CS4 Professional is an advanced authoring environment for creating rich multimedia content on digital, web, and mobile platforms, with or without interactivity. Web presentation requires a Flash Player–enabled browser; PDA or cell phone presentation requires a Flash Lite–enabled device.
• Dreamweaver CS4 is a professional HTML editor for designing, coding, developing, and publishing web pages and web-based applications.
• Fireworks CS4 is a vector and bitmap graphics editor for optimizing images for delivery and prototyping content for interactive websites.
• Adobe Bridge CS4 provides centralized access to project files, media, and settings for all Creative Suite products. Adobe Bridge's tagging and search functions, as well as its visual interface, are designed for convenient organization and retrieval of project data.
• Version Cue CS4 keeps track of historical and alternate versions of media and streamlines collaboration in a workgroup environment.
• Device Central CS4 allows users to preview and test websites, Flash Lite projects, graphics, and other content as it will appear on a broad range of mobile phones and other electronic devices.

Note: The applications included in this Adobe suite must be used on one computer. The individual components cannot be installed on separate computers.

The administrative fee for this product is not refundable, and the product cannot be exchanged.

• Donated products may be distributed to qualified organizations only, not to individuals.
• Donated products may not be transferred or resold.
• Donated products may not be used for raffles, door prizes or any other fund-raising activities or individual awards.
• This donation is available to nonprofits and schools with 501(c)(3) designation and public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
• This donation is not available to organizations in U.S. territories.
• Only organizations with annual operating budgets of $10 million or less are eligible to receive this donation.
• Eligible organizations may request up to a total of four individual applications or one suite application per fiscal year (July 1 to June 30) from this special donation program. These requests do not affect the product-ordering limits for the regular TechSoup Adobe donation program.
• Organizations must represent and warrant that they are willing to provide information to Adobe Systems for the purposes of creating a case study and/or testimonial on this product.
• Organizations must warrant that they are willing to provide a nondiscrimination policy, if requested, showing that the organization does not advocate, support, or practice unlawful discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background.
• The following is a list of organization types that are ineligible for Adobe Special Donation products. For details on eligibility, please contact TechSoup Client Services:
• Boy Scouts of America.
• Organizations that promote political views, influence legislation, or support candidates for public office.
• Religious organizations without a secular community designation are not eligible to receive software through this program. A secular designation is defined as an organization separate from the church or religious organization that provides services to people regardless of their religious beliefs and does not propagate a belief in a specific faith.
• Nonprofit organizations that don't meet the above eligibility requirements or have already received the maximum amount of donated Adobe products through TechSoup might still be eligible for donated products or special nonprofit pricing:
