CS4 Production Premium Mac Boxed -- Special Donation

Adobe Creative Suite 4 Production Premium is a suite of applications for creating video, audio, and interactive productions in a variety of formats.

The suite contains the following applications.

• After Effects CS4 is a postproduction tool for creating and editing motion graphics and visual effects in film and video.
• Premiere Pro CS4 is a timeline-based video editing program with editing support for multiple video formats, such as DV, HDV, RED, Sony XDCAM, XDCAM EX, Panasonic P2, and AVCHD.
• Photoshop CS4 Extended is a graphics editing program for 2D, 3D, motion graphics, and more. In addition to its array of features for graphic designers, Photoshop CS4 Extended offers new measurement and analysis tools built with scientists and engineers in mind.
• Flash CS4 Professional is an advanced authoring environment for creating rich multimedia content on digital, web, and mobile platforms, with or without interactivity. Web presentation requires a Flash Player–enabled browser; PDA or cell phone presentation requires a Flash Lite–enabled device.
• Illustrator CS4 is a vector-based drawing tool built for professional artists and designers.
• Soundbooth CS4 is an audio editing tool for creating and polishing audio, customizing music, adding sound effects, and more.
• OnLocation CS4 is a direct-to-disk video recording and monitoring tool. It allows users to bypass tape during shooting by recording directly to a hard disk and to review footage immediately after recording.
• Encore CS4 is a tool for DVD and Blu-ray Disc authoring. An interactive web version of any disc project can be saved in Flash-compatible SWF format.
• Adobe Bridge CS4 provides centralized access to project files, media, and settings for all Creative Suite products. Adobe Bridge's tagging and search functions, as well as its visual interface, are designed for convenient organization and retrieval of project data.
• Device Central CS4 allows users to preview and test video, websites, Flash Lite projects, graphics, and other content as it will appear on a broad range of mobile phones and other electronic devices.
• Dynamic Link eliminates intermediate rendering when transferring files between After Effects CS4, Premiere Pro CS4, Soundbooth CS4, and Encore CS4.

Note: The applications included in this Adobe suite must be used on one computer. The individual components cannot be installed on separate computers.

• Donated products may be distributed to qualified organizations only, not to individuals.
• Donated products may not be transferred or resold.
• Donated products may not be used for raffles, door prizes or any other fund-raising activities or individual awards.
• This donation is available to nonprofits and schools with 501(c)(3) designation and public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
• This donation is not available to organizations in U.S. territories.
• Only organizations with annual operating budgets of $10 million or less are eligible to receive this donation.
• Eligible organizations may request up to a total of four individual applications or one suite application per fiscal year (July 1 to June 30) from this special donation program. These requests do not affect the product-ordering limits for the regular TechSoup Adobe donation program.
• Organizations must represent and warrant that they are willing to provide information to Adobe Systems for the purposes of creating a case study and/or testimonial on this product.
• Organizations must warrant that they are willing to provide a nondiscrimination policy, if requested, showing that the organization does not advocate, support, or practice unlawful discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background.
• The following is a list of organization types that are ineligible for Adobe Special Donation products. For details on eligibility, please contact TechSoup Client Services:
• Boy Scouts of America.
• Organizations that promote political views, influence legislation, or support candidates for public office.
• Religious organizations without a secular community designation are not eligible to receive software through this program. A secular designation is defined as an organization separate from the church or religious organization that provides services to people regardless of their religious beliefs and does not propagate a belief in a specific faith.
• Nonprofit organizations that don't meet the above eligibility requirements or have already received the maximum amount of donated Adobe products through TechSoup might still be eligible for donated products or special nonprofit pricing:
