Quicken Home & Business 2010 offers software tools for organizing and managing home and small business finances. It contains all the features of Quicken Premier plus additional tools to track business expenses and performance to meet the needs of small businesses. It is aimed at users who need personal and small business financial software with the ability to track savings, investments, and tax deductions.
Quicken can connect to more than 12,000 bank, credit card, and investment sites (including PayPal), making it possible to download transactions and balances and then update accounts with the most recent information about the user's cash flow. Quicken can also categorize downloaded transactions and alert users to upcoming payment due dates.
Quicken integrates with Intuit's TurboTax application to assist users in preparing their tax returns.
An organization can schedule payables and receivables and customize estimates and invoices with its own look and logo, track multiple projects and jobs, and keep ongoing records of expenses, including mileage. Users can run customized reports, charts, and graphs to show cash flow, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and more.
With Quicken Home & Business, all tax documents can be put in one place by attaching receipts and other tax information to Quicken files. Schedule A, B, C, and D tax reports help organizations stay informed about tax situations throughout the year.
